The Visalia CVC Cavalier football team in their very first home game of the season met the Chowchilla Redskins. The Junior Varsity game quilkly showed the strength of the Redskins football team when a lead of two touchdowns was established within the first few minutes of play. The Cavalier came out strong in the second half of play defending their end zone time and making a couple of touchdowns.
Though the final score didn’t put the Junior Varsity team in the lead their effort through the second half could be seen down after down as the end of the fourth quarter neared.
